We had a great stay! The hotel's location is unbeatable, perfect for exploring this lively city by foot. The room was new, clean and well-designed. The bed was super comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of variety to choose from and a small continental section. The staff was cute and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel at home.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel was conveniently located in a lively part of the city and offered a good breakfast buffet with plenty of options. The gym was also a nice perk for a quick workout in the morning. the staff was friendly and welcoming during my New Year's stay.
The room was quite basic and smaller than expected, with limited storage space for clothing and no safety box. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable and frustrating to use, with frequent disconnections and slow speeds.

The hotel had a great gym with good equipment and a convenient location close to popular areas to explore. the breakfast was satisfying with a variety of options for a decent start to the day. the room amenities were also nice and added to the convenience of the stay.
The room felt cramped and the shower setup was not the best, making the bathroom floor messy after every use. the staff could have improved their language skills to better assist guests.

This hotel is situated in a lively area, making it a prime spot for exploring by foot. the bed is comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. In the morning, breakfast is served and has a wide selection of Indonesian cuisine. A small gym is also available to use at any time.
The staff could improve their language skills and communication, making it difficult to arrange even basic requests.
